“Barbecue is about community and forging bonds,” said Tom Peters, pitmaster and founder of Holy ‘Que Smokehouse. “I can’t think of a better food that sparks conversation and fosters new connections than Texas-style BBQ. This event is about love — but if you walk away with a new friend or new favorite food, then that’s a win in my book.”
