The storms, with 50 mph wind and heavy downpours, were moving from Central Pennsylvania around 1:30 p.m. and should make it to the Lehigh Valley by 4 p.m. and the Delaware Valley by 6 p.m.

Impacted areas in Pennsylvania include the following counties: Bucks; Chester; Delaware; Montgomery; Philadelphia; Carbon; Lehigh; Monroe; and Berks.

In addition to strong wind gusts, the storms are producing cloud to ground lightning.
