Summer Quest Programs Announced At The Doylestown Library
The summer program will feature a magician, science center,

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Each week during "Summer Quest," the Bucks County Free Library’s Doylestown branch will introduce young learners to amazing performers and educators. Registration is not required for any of these programs. Space is limited and available first come, first served.
- Magician Ran’D Shine: Monday, June 26 at 1 p.m. and Wednesday, June 28 at 7 p.m. Ran’D Shine’s shows are full of mind-boggling magic, illusions and laughs. These shows are open to all and ideal for children ages 5 to 10.
- The DaVinci Science Center: Saturday, July 1 at 3:30 p.m., Monday, July 3 at 1 p.m., and Wednesday, July 5 at 7 p.m. Drawing inspiration from“Grossology,” a popular children’s book by Sylvia Branzei, children ages 5 to 13 will learn how their bodies digest food and excrete waste.
- Eyes of the Wild: Monday, July 10 at 1 p.m. and Wednesday, July 12 at 7 p.m. An exotic animal rescue that cares for over 175 animals from 60 species, Eyes of the Wild will lead an interactive educational program with some of their animals. This event is ideal for children ages 5 to 10.
- Strongman Eric Moss: Saturday, July 15 at 3:30 p.m., Monday, July 17 at 1 p.m., and Wednesday, July 19 at 7 p.m. World record-holder and modern-day strongman Eric Moss will test his strength against steel, chains and more. This event is ideal for children ages 5 and older.
- NJ Snake Man: Monday, July 24 at 1 p.m. and Wednesday, July 26 at 7 p.m. Budding herpetologists will get to meet and interact with some of NJ Snake Man’s snakes and other reptiles.
- Music Play Patrol: Saturday, July 29 at 3:30 p.m., Monday, July 31 at 1 p.m., and Wednesday, Aug. 2 at 7 p.m. Music educators from Philadelphia’s Music Play Patrol will help children of all ages explore different rhymes and create their own unique music.
