that occurred at the Plumsteadville McDonald’s on June 22.

Police said video surveillance shows that at 10:47 p.m., a man entered the front lobby of the restaurant and wraps his right hand in a white towel. He then traversed the front counter to gain access to the rear of the building, police said.

At that point, police said the man put his covered hand to the back of the head of a McDonald's employee and demanded money. The worker later told police that the man threatened to kill everyone if he didn't get the money.

The man then fled the restaurant with a cash drawer that contained approximately $550 in cash. There were no injuries reported in the incident.

With the assistance of video surveillance and license plate recognition technology, investigators identified Pippen as the individual who committed the robbery and sought an arrest warrant through the courts.
