Stefanie pours her heart into each and every day. As an itinerant teacher, she travels from school to school sharing her knowledge, humor and kindness to her pupils. At the end of the 2023-24 school year, one of her students included her as one of the most influential teachers at her end of the year speech. Her energy is contagious and her spirit uncompromisingly wonderful. She is one of the finest educators l know.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

Stefanie’s knowledge about literacy is rich and vast. Even in arduous meetings she leads with facts and kindness always making sure to listen deeply to others. She is nearing two decades in education and goes and each year improves her craft. Stefanie’s patience is to be admired and adorned.
