Teen Arrested On New Year's Eve For Burglarizing Doylestown Bar
During a search of the area, police found a 16-year-old visibly intoxicated juvenile in possession of several stolen bottles of alcohol.
DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The Central Bucks Regional Police Department has filed a juvenile allegation against a 16-year-old teen accused of burglarizing a borough bar and stealing several bottles of alcohol on New Year's Eve.
On Dec. 31, police responded to the Station Taphouse at 194 West Ashland Street for a burglary in progress. When they arrived they found that a rear glass door to the establishment had been smashed and several bottles of liquor were missing from the bar.
During a search of the surrounding area, police found a 16-year-old male juvenile along with the stolen bottles. Police said the juvenile appeared to be visibly intoxicated with glassy, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.

The juvenile was taken into custody, medical clearance was obtained and he was remanded to the Bucks County Youth Center. Police have filed a juvenile allegation for burglary (F2), criminal trespass (F2), theft (F3), receiving stolen property (F3), criminal mischief (M3), purchase alcohol by minor (S), and public drunkenness (S).
