Cancer Survivors Raise $12K for Central Bucks YMCA
Graduates of their THRIVE cancer wellness presented $12,500 to the local YMCA. The money was raised during a beef and beer last month.
At a recent board meeting at Central Bucks Family YMCA, graduates of their THRIVE cancer wellness program presented a check for $12,500 representing the proceeds of a Beef and Beer fundraiser held on October 11. The event was organized by graduates of the program, which supports community cancer survivors by providing them with wellness programs and support. It is a 12-week program provided free of charge.
