Tickets Now On Sale For 2024 Bucks County Designer House
Sycamore Lane Farm was once the home of renowned illustrator John Falter, who painted 129 Saturday Evening Post covers.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Sycamore Lane Farm in Hilltown Township — the 48th Bucks County Designer House & Gardens — will open its doors to the public with a grand onsite preview gala on Friday evening, April 26. Tours of the house and gardens will then run from April 28 to May 26.
Tickets for the gala and house tours are now on sale through the Designer House website, www.BucksCountyDesignerHouse.org.
Sycamore Lane Farm has been in the same family for more than 60 years. It is now owned by the next generation of family members, who have undertaken a major renovation of the property and grounds. A stunning addition, which includes a glass conservatory, an impressive chef’s kitchen and an elegant primary suite, creates beautiful new living spaces in the main house.

Forty-five acres of rolling hills and farmland, featuring numerous outer buildings including an artist’s studio, milk house, smokehouse, bank barn, three-car garage, and a spring house, complete the property.
A team of talented designers and landscapers are already hard at work transforming the house and grounds into this year's showpiece.

From 1938 until 1953 Sycamore Lane Farm was home to renowned illustrator John Falter, who painted 129 Saturday Evening Post covers in the artist’s studio. Some of these covers depict rooms and buildings that still exist today. Visitors will see this and other aspects of the home’s history reflected in its decor.
When tours begin, the property will host 14 boutiques, an art and antiques gallerie, and an onsite cafe serving lunch and light fare.
The Bucks County Designer House & Gardens (on Instagram as @buckscountydesignerhouse), is the largest fundraiser of the year held by the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown (VIA), a non-profit women's organization that founded and governs Doylestown Hospital. Funds from Sycamore Lane Farm (on Instagram as @sycamorelanefarmpa) will support the clinical and programmatic needs of the hospital’s VIA Maternity Center, fund scholarships, and assist veterans and community members in need.
