Toll Brothers Gets Approval For Buckingham Development

A new Toll Brothers development is coming to Buckingham Township.

The Intelligencer reports the builder on Wednesday received approval from the township to construct a 74-unit development on 88 acres at Route 413 and Mechanicsville Road.

The development, which will be called Fenton’s Corner, will be made up of single family homes and townhouses, according to the report.

Toll Brothers will reportedly break ground on the project this spring.
