TooManyGames Hosts Charity Event to Benefit Philabundance
Longest running gaming convention in Pennsylvania holds charity event to benefit largest hunger relief organization in the Delaware Valley

TooManyGames hosted the charity event, “Gift for Gamers” in partnership with the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center on Dec. 10, 2017. $4,742.90 was raised at the event and 100 percent of the proceeds were donated to Philabundance, Greater Philadelphia’s largest hunger relief organization.
“Philabundance is grateful for this donation of $4,742 from the “Gifts for Gamers” event. This donation will help us to feed many children, families and seniors this holiday season,” said Jaclyn Elwell, Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Philabundance. “We couldn’t do the work we do without our generous community partners!”
“Gifts for Gamers” featured a vendor area to buy gifts for gamer family and friends, free play video gaming area, arcades, and photos with Santa. Attendees also had a chance to meet and greet with famous YouTubers such as Angry Video Game Nerd, Vinesauce, and SomeCallMeJohnny.

“We were happy to hold this fundraiser to help local families during the holiday season,” said Paul Truitt, owner of TooManyGames. “The event was a fun way for people to learn more about TooManyGames while supporting a great cause.”
