Tri-Township 2-1 in Babe Ruth World Series Tournament
Tri-Township needs a win Monday against the Columbia Basin River Dogs to advance to the quarter finals.

Tri-Township will play the Columbia Basin River Dogs Monday for a chance to head to the quarter finals of the Babe Ruth World Series, being played in Ephrata, Wash.
The team’s record during the tournament is 2-1. They won their opening game against the Alabama Rawdogs on Friday. They lost Saturday to a team from San Gabriel Valley, Calif. and on Sunday, won against the Charleston Fighting Squirrels.
The team last went to the Babe Ruth World Series in 2011, when they were national runner-ups.
