Trucks Taken Off The Road During Inspection Detail In New Britain Twp.
The Central Bucks Motor Carrier Enforcement Team conducted the truck inspections on Business 202, County Line Road and Upper State Road.
NEW BRITAIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Two trucks were taken off the road, 11 citations were issued and 31 drivers were given warnings during a truck inspection detail in New Britain Township.
The Central Bucks Motor Carrier Enforcement Team conducted the truck inspections along Business Route 202, County Line Road and Upper State Road in New Britain Township.
During the inspection, the task force reported the following:

- 20 trucks or combinations were inspected (four with no violations)
- 42 total violations were found
- 2 Commercial Motor Vehicles were placed out-of-service for hazardous brakes
- 1 driver was placed out-of-service for driving without a valid Commercial Driver's License
- 4 Commercial Motor Vehicles were weighed for violating size/weight restrictions on a local road
- 11 citations were issued to drivers and companies
- 31 warnings were issued to drivers and companies
