Turning Point Opening At Former Doylestown Friendly's

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Turning Point, a lunch and breakfast restaurant, will be opening at the former Friendly's restaurant on N. Main Street in Doylestown.

The restaurant is planning a late 2019 opening, Turning Point Founder and CEO Kirk Ruoff told Patch.

The eatery officially signed the lease Tuesday, Arrow Real Estate Services CEO Sean Sabloskyconfirmed to Patch.

This will be Turning Point's third Bucks County location. There is a eatery in Warrington, and another opened last month in Newtown.

Turning Point serves a variety of breakfast and lunch options.

Menu items at existing locations include traditional dishes like waffles, pancakes, eggs, sandwiches, wraps, and more. Plus, Turning Point offers some unique specialties, including breakfast nachos, the "freedbird" (homemade cornbread topped with dried cranberries, candied walnuts, spicy sausage gravy and two sunny side up eggs), and an "avocado smash" sandwich. Turning Point currently operates several restaurants in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition to the Bucks County locations, nearby restaurants are in North Wales, Blue Bell, and Princeton, NJ.
