Two More Doylestown Grocery Stores Can Now Sell Wine
Giant and Weis Markets have been approved to sell wine. Acme's application was approved earlier this month.

Two more Doylestown grocery stores have been approved under new state law to sell wine.
The new law, passed in June and effective since Aug. 8, allows approved grocery stores, restaurants and hotels to sell up to four bottles of wine for takeout.
Acme in Doylestown was the first grocery store in Doylestown to be approved to sell wine for takeout. Shortly after, Giant on W. Swamp Road and Weis Markets on Old Dublin Pike were approved.
