UPDATE: U.S. Marshals Service Employee Had Sex On Harrisburg Courthouse Roof: Report

An investigation into a couple having sex on the roof of the federal courthouse in Harrisburg has revealed one of the people is photographed in the act is a U.S. Marshals Service employee, according to reports.

U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane told PennLive.com that due to that fact, the incident is under “further investigation” but the security of the building remains intact.

The photos of the couple engaged in intercourse on top of the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse were provided to the U.S. Attorney’s Office were provided to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, which launched an investigation.

The photos were taken Tuesday, ABC 27 News reported.

The person who took the photographs reportedly said they have seen the same couple on the roof numerous times after the building closed at 5 p.m.

No further details about the investigation were released.
