Vehicle Crashes Into Construction Ditch In Warwick Township

One person rescued by first responders from Warwick, Hartsville and Northampton Township.

WARWICK TOWNSHIP, PA — A driver ended up in a construction ditch on Mearns Road Friday morning prompting a response from fire and rescue crews.

Crews responded on Rescue Box 66-26 for an auto extrication in the 1900 block of Mearns Road in Warwick Township. When rescue crews arrived on the scene they found a vehicle in a ditch with one person inside. Only minor injuries were reported.

The Warwick Township Fire Company No. 1 was assisted at the scene by the Northampton Township Fire Department and the Hartsville Fire Company. Also assisting was the Central Bucks Emergency Medical Services.
