Village Of Chocolate, Bucks Fever Headline New Events At Peddler's
Peddler's Village announces schedule of events and activities in 2024, including two new additions.

LAHASKA, PA — Peddler’s Village will add two new events to its schedule of activities in 2024 - Village of Chocolate in February and Bucks Fever this summer.
The new Village of Chocolate takes place from February 14-18 and will feature dining events, chocolate workshops, and a village-wide Chocolate Trail with prizes.
Other upcoming events include a Winter Wedding Show on February 25; PEEPS in the Village from March 11 to April 14, Celebrate the Green from March 15-17, and monthly comedy shows.

Another notable event taking place at Peddler’s Village this summer is Bucks Fever, a longstanding celebration of regional talent including painters, sculptors, and performers. Formerly produced solely by the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, the Bucks Fever series of
events — including an art and sculpture display, weekend talent show, and afternoon outdoor concert performances—will this year be presented jointly by Peddler’s Village and the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.

Traditional events in 2024 will include the Strawberry Festival on May 4 and 5, the Peach Festival on August 3 and 4, the Scarecrow Festival on September 14 and 15, OctoberFeast on October 12 and 13, and the Apple Festival on November 2 and 3. Contests and displays will include PEEPS in the Village (March 11-April 14), Cupcake Decorating Competition (April 29-May 12), Pet Photography Competition and Display (September 2-October 13), Scarecrows in the Village (September 9-October 27), and Gingerbread Competition and Display (November 15-January 12, 2025).
In partnership with Bucks County Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and the Bucks
County Audubon Society at Honey Hollow, Peddler’s Village is also planning to launch in the spring of 2024 a new Birdhouse Competition and Display; details will be announced soon.
Here's the 2024 Festival and Event Lineup at the Village:
Winter
- Village of Chocolate: Wednesday, February 14 through Sunday, February 18. Chocolate drink and dining specials, chocolate-themed dinners with beer and whiskey pairings, “Chocolate-Covered Workshops,” and a Village-wide Chocolate Trail.
- Winter Wedding Show: Sunday, February 25. Engaged couples in search of the perfect wedding venue can sample hors d'oeuvres and wedding cake, tour event spaces and bridal suites, and get to know local vendors, from florists to DJs and musicians.
- Murder Mystery Dinner: Midnight at the Masquerade: Saturday, March 9. Dinner, dessert, and death...at Cock ‘n Bull Restaurant. Ticketed event
Spring
- PEEPS in the Village: March 11 to April 14. See PEEPS displayed in very creative habitats. Prizes awarded for best entries.

- Celebrate the Green: Friday, March 15 to Sunday, March 17. Irish-themed drink and dining specials with live entertainment, comedy show, pub crawl, and whiskey dinner.
- Easter Dining: Sunday, March 31. Celebrate Easter with dining events.
- Comedy in the Village: Friday, April 26; Friday, May 24. Leading comedians in the region take the stage during this ticketed event.
- Cupcake Decorating Competition: April 29 - May 12. Cupcake creations compete in multiple categories. Prizes awarded for best entries.
- Strawberry Festival: Saturday & Sunday, May 4 and 5. Enjoy a wide variety of strawberry treats, drink and dining specials, live entertainment, and family activities.
- Mother’s Day Dining: Sunday, May 12. Culinary offerings celebrating moms.
- Food Truck Thursday: May 23 and June 20. Evenings featuring favorite regional food trucks and local entertainment.
Summer
- Outdoor Movie Night: Friday, June 21; Friday, July 19; Thursday, August 15. At dusk, enjoy an under-the-stars screening of a popular movie. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs.
- Bucks Fever: Saturday and Sunday, June 22 and 23. Talent show and art exhibition presented in partnership with the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce. Also: Brown Bag-It with the Arts performances on Fridays at noon from May through September.
- Comedy in the Village: Friday, June 28; Friday, July 26; Friday, August 2. Leading comedians in the region take the stage during this ticketed event.
- BBQ Bash: Thursday, July 4 to Sunday, July 7. Old-fashioned outdoor BBQ specials with live afternoon entertainment.
- Red, White & Blueberries Month: July 1 to 31. Blueberry drink and dining specials, with live bluegrass & country music, and children’s activities on weekends.

- Food Truck Thursday: July 18 and August 15. Evenings featuring favorite regional food trucks and local entertainment.
- Peach Festival: Saturday & Sunday, August 3 and 4. Peachy treats, drink and dining specials, live entertainment, and children’s activities.
Autumn

Holiday Season
- Grand Illumination Celebration: Friday, November 15. Santa illuminates a million lights at 6:15 p.m. with local entertainment and hot cider.
- Holiday Kickoff Weekend: Friday, November 15 to Sunday, November 15. Holiday gift-giving ideas, live entertainment, and Village-wide light display.
- Gingerbread Competition & Display: November 15 to January 12, 2025. Gingerbread creations compete in multiple categories. Prizes are awarded for best entries.
- Thanksgiving Dining: Thursday, November 28. Bountiful culinary offerings from Cock ‘n Bull Restaurant and Earl’s New American.
- Small Business Saturday: Saturday, November 30. Shop small at 60 locally-owned boutiques and eateries.
- Holly Jolly Weekend: Saturday and Sunday, December 7 and 8. Join the village for Santa’s Christmas Parade at 1:30 p.m. along with live entertainment, holiday light strolls, and holiday shopping.
