Village Improvement Association of Doylestown Donates to Bucks Veterans Van

The Village Improvement Association of Doylestown recently donated $800 to the Bucks County Veterans Van program.

The Bucks County Veterans Van provides free weekday transportation to Veterans Administration and other medical sites in southeast Pennsylvania, including the Coatesville and Philadelphia VA Hospitals. The van is the only such veterans’ transportation service in Pennsylvania.

Now celebrating 120 years of service, the VIA founded Doylestown Hospital and continues to provide direction for the hospital and support for community needs.
