Philadelphia Man Wanted By Police For Retail Thefts In New Britain

Police said he stole more than $500 worth of merchandise from stores in the Town Center of New Britain.

NEW BRITAIN BOROUGH, PA — An arrest warrant has been issued for a 37-year-old Philadelphia man who police said committed retail thefts at the Giant Food Store and the Rite Aid located in the Town Center of New Britain on July 10.

Patrick Martz faces two counts of retail theft, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, and two counts of receiving stolen merchandise.

According to the Central Bucks Regional Police Department, surveillance photos of the suspect assisted police in identifying Martz who police said stole $573.03 worth of merchandise from between the two businesses.
