Warminster Man Charged With Retail Theft In Warrington

Police said the 50-year-old man stole more than $329 worth of merchandise from Wegmans.

WARRINGTON, PA — A 50-year-old Warminster man faces felony theft charges following an incident at the Wegmans store.

On August 30, Warrington Police responded to Wegmans for the report of a retail theft in progress. Loss prevention told police that a man, later identified as Sean Thomas Beluch from Warminster, had just stolen $329.10 worth of merchandise.

Prior to police arrival loss prevention reported that Beluch had left the parking lot and provided police with a vehicle description and registration plate. An officer observed the vehicle a short time later and made a traffic stop.

Beluch was placed under arrest and transported to the station where he was processed and released. He is charged with felony retail theft, felony receiving stolen property and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked.
