Warrants Issued For Delco Man And Woman On Theft Charges In Bucks

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — Felony arrest warrants have been issued in Plumstead Township for Vincent Carter and Nicole Bonaventure of Aston, Delaware County.

On Dec. 30, 2022, police said Carter, 53, and Bonaventure, 49, patronized a local car dealership and purchased a used 2016 Hyundai in the amount of $23,000. The personal check that they passed was subsequently returned for insufficient funds.

As of Sept. 26, 2023, police said they have failed to return the vehicle or satisfy the outstanding debt.

Police will be charging both with theft by deception (false impression), receiving stolen property, and bad checks.
