Former Bucks Corrections Officer Facing Child Porn Charges
Police launched an investigation in early March after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 51-year-old former Bucks County Corrections Officer from Warrington has been charged with possession of child pornography, dissemination of photos of child sex acts, and criminal use of a communication facility.
In early March, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office and the Warrington Township Police Department launched an investigation into a cybertip submitted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. In the cybertip, MediaLab/Kik advised that a Kik Messenger user shared, disseminated, and/or uploaded apparent child sexual abuse material utilizing its platform.
Through an investigation it was found that the account was registered to Christos Rallis of Warrington, police said. An arrest warrant was issued for Rallis, who surrendered to the Warrington Police Department and the Bucks County District Attorney's Office on June 7.

Rallis was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Stacy Wertman who set bail of $250,000/10 percent. Rallis was unable to post bail and was remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
According to a county spokesperson, Rallis started work as a county corrections officer on Feb. 26, 2024. He has been locked out since May 29.

The Warrington Township Police Department and the Bucks County District Attorney's Office were assisted in their investigation by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Warwick Township Police Department, the Bensalem Township Police Department, the Middletown Township Police Department, the Hilltown Township Police Department, the Falls Township Police Department, and the Lower Makefield Police Department.
