Warrington Police Make Arrests For Disorderly Conduct And Theft
Police also responded to a disturbance at a township hotel where they arrested a woman for defiant trespass.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The Warrington Township Police Department made the following arrests between Dec. 22, 2023 and January 6, 2024:
Saturday, January 6
- At approximately 4:11 p.m. police responded to the area of Route 611 and Titus Avenue for the report of a man who had fallen off his bicycle. Police located the man, later identified as Michael Bowen from Warrington, in the area of Titus Avenue and County Line Road. Bowen was intoxicated and laying on the ground yelling at people who had stopped to assist him.Bowen was offered a courtesy ride home. Once inside the police car, Bowen began to kick the windows and partition. Bowen was advised to stop his behavior and he began to yell obscenities at police. Bowen was placed under arrest and transported to the station. He was cited for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bowen was released.

- At approximately 5:23 p.m. police responded to Home Depot at 650 Easton Road for the report of an employee theft. Upon arrival, officers spoke to loss prevention who advised that an employee Justin Goodman from Warrington had been observed stealing on six occasions. The thefts occurred between June 4 and August 10. The total amount of merchandise stolen was $637.48. Goodman was placed under arrest and transported to the station. He was was processed and released.
Friday, December 22
- At approximately 9:56 p.m., police responded to a hotel for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival police met with a man who said he had picked up a woman later identified as Lucretia Hysock in Bensalem and the two drove to a hotel in Warrington. Hysock began to cause a disturbance in the room and the man asked her to leave which she refused to do. Management at the hotel also told police that they had also asked Hysock to leave and again she refused. Police said when officers entered the room, Hysock’s behavior became erratic and she again refused to leave the room. When officers advised Hysock that she was under arrest, police said she resisted. She was charged with defiant trespass and resisting arrest.
