Warrington Police Officers Earn FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award
The officers successfully completed all three phases of the leadership development series.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Police Sergeant Kevin Stebner and Corporal Brian Kelly recently completed their studies with the FBI – Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA). Both officers earned the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award, which signifies the completion of a comprehensive Leadership Development Series.
The series includes three distinct phases of training - the Supervisor Leadership Institute (SLI), the Command Leadership Institute (CLI), and the Executive Leadership Institute (ELI). Sergeant Stebner and Corporal Kelly completed all three segments.
Sergeant Stebner and Corporal Kelly join other Trilogy Award recipients within the department, including Chief Daniel J. Friel and Lieutenant Gottenberg. Additionally, three other sergeants have begun the FBI-LEEDA Leadership Development Series and have completed one or more segments of the program.

"This achievement reflects their continued commitment to professional growth and leadership excellence," said Chief Friel. "The training supports the department's goal of providing quality service to Warrington Township residents. The FBI-LEEDA program is designed to enhance leadership skills for law enforcement executives across the country."
Friel said the Warrington Township Police Department remains committed to investing in professional development and leadership training to ensure the highest standards of service to the community.
