Wegmans Eyeing Second Bucks Co. Location
Wegmans is looking to open its second Bucks County location.
LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — A mixed-use development that would include a Wegmans supermarket is proposed in Lower Makefield Township, across from Shady Brook Farm.
If approved, it would be the popular supermarket chain's second Bucks County location. There is an existing store in Warrington.
The proposal, which would feature Wegmans as the anchor tenant, also includes upscale apartments, and the preservation of the historic house and barn. It is proposed to be located on a strip of land between Stony Hill Road and I-295, just across from Shady Brook Farm.
