Where do you turn when a loved one goes missing?

Voices, Hearts, and Hands is an official non-profit corporation registered in the state of Pennsylvania started by two local women with a passion for community, and a focus on missing persons.
Once a missing persons report is filed, the police have certain steps they must take and red tape to wade through. While we are confident that they are doing their job, we hope to come along side law enforcement and the family to help in any way possible.
It is our hope that we can help bridge the gap of precious moments that may be lost between the police running an official investigation, and getting the word out to the eyes and ears of any community - its people.
Social media is a powerful tool that gives us the opportunity to reach a lot of people relatively quickly. Every moment is precious when someone is missing. Getting their face and name out there as soon as possible often leads to getting them home quicker. This is why the first thing we do is to create an official missing person poster to flood social media with. This gets people talking and often brings in leads for the police to follow. We have also been known to hit the streets and hand out printed copies to areas of importance and even gather volunteers for boots on the ground searches when needed.
