There will be a concert followed by fireworks Friday at Tinicum Park. The event starts at dusk. Adults are $25; students $10; kids 6 and under are free. Gates open at 6 pm.

Ambler’s Independence Day Fireworks will take place on Friday, July 3 at dusk (about 9 p.m., according to event organizers). The fireworks will be shot off from Wissahickon High School on 521 Houston Road.

Abington Township’s Independence Day fireworks are slated to begin on July 4 at 9 p.m. sharp. Fireworks will be shot off from Abington High School on 900 Highland Avenue.
