Woman, 27, Identified As Victim Of Friday's Fatal Crash

A 27-year-old Solebury woman has been identified as the victim of Friday’s fatal accident in Buckingham Township.

Police say Camri Husenaj died in a head-on car crash on Mechanicsville Road. The two-car accident happened just before 7:30 p.m. in the 5000 block of Mechanicsville Road.

When police arrived, they found an injured driver who was out of her car. Another woman, later identified as Husenaj, was trapped in her vehicle, police said. Rescuers removed Husenaj from the car and transported her to Doylestown Hospital, where she was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.

Police have not released details regarding the cause of the crash.

The other driver, who has not been identified by police, received treatment at St. Mary Medical Center.

Midway Fire Company and Central Bucks EMS assisted at the scene.
