Woman Charged In Warrington Home Burglary

A woman is facing multiple charges after police said she burglarized a home on Pileggi Road Tuesday afternoon and then drove away drunk.

WARRINGTON, PA — A 34-year-old Warrington woman is facing multiple charges after police said she burglarized a home on Pileggi Road Tuesday afternoon and then drove away drunk.

Warrington Township Police have charged Juleah Jerrigan with burglary, DUI and related crimes following the incident along the 2200 block of Pileggi Road.

Police were dispatched to the area around 1:25 p.m. for the report of a burglary in progress. Police said forced entry was made through the rear door, and jewelry and two television sets were taken.

Jerrigan was seen attempting to leave the area in a car. Police stopped her and recovered some of the stolen property. Jerrigan showed signs of intoxication, authorities said.

She was arraigned and remanded to Bucks County Prison after failing to post bail, which was set at 10 percent of $50,000.
