Woman Charged With Stealing $1.8K From Warrington Beauty Store
Police said the Warminster woman was observed placing more than 50 items in a bag and then leaving the store without paying.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 43-year-old woman faces charges for stealing $1,800 worth of merchandise from the Ulta Beauty store in Warrington.
Police responded to the store on March 20 for a report of a retail theft. Upon arrival, store employees told police that a woman entered the store, filled a bag with more than 50 items totaling $1,801 and then left the store without paying.
Police launched an investigation, which led to the identification of the suspect as Samantha B. Gelb from Warminster. As a result, a warrant was issued for her arrest.

On May 10, Gelb was stopped by Hatboro Police. Warrington officers responded to Hatboro and placed Gelb under arrest. She was transported to the Warrington Police Department, where she was processed for receiving stolen property.
Gelb was subsequently arraigned by Judge Wagner, who released her on her own recognizance. As part of her conditions, Gelb is prohibited from entering any Ulta Beauty location.
