Woman Charged With Third-Degree Felony Theft At Warrington Target
She exited an emergency door with $1,297.60 worth of merchandise and was attempting to flee on foot when she was taken into custody.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 23-year-old woman has been charged with felony theft following an incident at the Target Store on Easton Road in Warrington on Sept. 2.
Police said Nilahja Badie exited an emergency door with $1,297.60 worth of merchandise and was attempting to flee on foot when she was taken into custody around 8:30 p.m.
Badie was charged with retail theft (F1), receiving stolen property (F3), resisting arrest (M2), and retail theft (F3). She was processed and released.
