YMCA Receives Grants Totaling $20,000 from Today, Inc.
The grants will benefit youth throughout Bucks County.
Central and Lower Bucks Family YMCAs are proud to recognize Today, Inc. for $20,000 in grants to assist youth at the Y’s branches across Bucks County.
Two $5,000 grants benefit the Y’s Fairless Hills based summer camp and afterschool programs and will be used to provide additional staff, training and therapeutic support for children with special needs, particularly those who struggle with anxiety or other mental health issues.
At the Y’s Doylestown and Warminster branches, an additional $10,000 grant will provide social skills training programs and membership assistance to adjudicated youth or those living in group homes to provide opportunities to engage in positive activities that encourage social interaction, problem solving, impulse control and an overall sense of well-being.

Today, Inc. is a local nonprofit foundation based out of Langhorne. Their mission is to provide financial assistance to other agencies and organizations that provide vital services to youth, young adults, families, and communities.
“Our donors and sponsors are an important part of how we fulfill our mission to the community each day,” said Zane Moore, President/CEO of Central and Lower Bucks Family YMCAs. “We appreciate the support of Today, Inc. in helping to fulfill our youth development programs in a more meaningful way.”
