• Springfield police reports: Drexel Hill man charged with DUI on nitrous oxide, road rage over mall parking spot (delcotimes.com) — Springfield police say a 37-year-old Drexel Hill man will be charged with DUI after allegedly crashing into a brick column while intoxicated on nitrous oxide on Baltimore Pike. The week's reports also detail retail thefts at Springfield Mall and BJ's, a road-rage assault over a parking space, graffiti vandalism, trespassing, and an underage drinking arrest.
• Rutgers Basketball class of 2027 now ranked No.4 in nation after latest four-star commitment (newsbreak.com) — A Monsignor Bonner guard from Drexel Hill, Korey Francis, is part of Rutgers' now–No. 4–ranked 2027 basketball recruiting class, giving the Scarlet Knights three four-star commitments. His pledge, alongside other highly rated prospects, could help Rutgers assemble one of its strongest classes ever, while also spotlighting Bonner's growing reputation for top-tier basketball talent.
