• Unlicensed driver ran stop sign before crash that killed 3-year-old girl: police (pennlive.com) — A 3-year-old girl from Adams County died after a Saturday morning crash at East Berlin Road and Stoney Point Road in Reading Township, when a southbound car allegedly ran a stop sign and overturned. State police say the unlicensed 19-year-old driver faces vehicular homicide and other felony charges, and that the child was on her mother’s lap without a car seat or seatbelt.
