Easton Schools Move Principals

The Easton Area School Board has approved a plan by the district administration that changes the leadership at three city elementary schools.

Under the plan -- approved last week by the board -- Principal Judith Steinberg will become the new "Associate Principal" of two other schools, and Paxinosa elementary schools.

Assistant Principal Hector Bonilla, meanwhile, will move into Steinberg's old job at March.

Cheston Assistant Principal Kyle Yanders will become the new principal of the Easton Area Academy. The academy's current principal, Alyssa Emili, will replace Maura Roberts, the district's director of K-12 Pupil/Curriculum Services, who has just resigned.
