• Elizabethtown man accused of deadly shooting, fleeing scene heading to court (local21news.com) — A serious homicide case involving an Elizabethtown resident is moving toward a court hearing after a March shooting on Beech Lane that left a 24-year-old man dead. Prosecutors say surveillance video captured an argument escalating before shots were fired, and the suspect was later hospitalized after a crash in East Donegal Township. He’s scheduled to appear in court on April 24. 
• Warwick shakes up Section 1 with win over Cedar Crest: L-L League volleyball roundup for April 21 matches (lancasteronline.com) — Elizabethtown boys volleyball fell 3–1 at home to Manheim Township but got strong performances from several Bears players and remains active in the L-L League race. The team now turns around quickly for another key matchup, traveling to Ephrata for a 7 p.m. match on Thursday as section leaders Warwick and Hempfield continue to set the pace.
