Emmaus Man Announces Bid for Borough Council

Local businessman, Trevor Schneck, 33, has announced his candidacy in the race for Emmaus Borough Council.

A lifelong resident of Emmaus, Schneck is co-owner of Bar None Weddings & Entertainment. 

He is a 1998 graduate of Emmaus High School.

“I’m running for council because Emmaus is my hometown," Schneck explained in a prepared statement announcing his candidacy. "It’s where I grew up and where I’ve chosen to maintain my roots and raise my family, I’m deeply invested in our community.” 

Schneck said, in the press release, that he hopes to lean on his business experience if elected to council. 

“I’ve been a small business owner for three years. I’m proud of the fact my partners and I started our growing business with no loans or government assistance. Our seed money came from our savings. This allowed us to grow quickly. I would approach borough matters with the same financial responsibility and zeal for results as I do my growing my business.”

Schneck lives in Emmaus with his wife Amanda, where they are raising their two children Peyton and Brady.

Schneck’s business partner at Bar None Weddings, Ron Beitler is also running for office in Lower Macungie Township.
