Delaney, who is wanted on a bench warrant related to defiant trespass and public drunkenness charges issued September 11. Residents who may have seen him or know his whereabouts are urged to contact West Whiteland Township Police at 610-363-0200, and are reminded he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
