This morning a small black and white dog with a harness but no tags was found wandering alone at the intersection of Harrison and Oak Grove Aves. in Swissvale. A neighbor took the dog in to keep it from being hit by a car. If this is your dog, contact the Swissvale Police for further information on how to get in touch with the rescuer.
