Revered Pittsburgh Nightclub Replaced By Restaurant

PITTSBURGH, PA — A longtime nightclub that closed last year has been reinvented into a new Pittsburgh restaurant.

The Linden Grove in Castle Shannon, which closed last July, has reopened as Self Chef Mongolian Stir Fray and Sushi.

"We focus on providing healthy, delicious, nutritional food and striving to create a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience for our customers," the eatery's website states.

"Our main specialty cuisines are Japanese. Our main ingredients are fresh seafood, fruits and vegetables. The flavors of our dishes vary by cuisines with our Japanese dishes are more raw and pure."

The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m-9:30 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
