The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh will host the second annual Bright Spot on Shady on Friday, November 16, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. This family and community-centered event is free and open to the public.
Guests can stroll through the Nimick Family Therapeutic garden while they enjoy live performers musical entertainment and refreshments. Strolling entertainers include Eric Starkey of Creative Conjuring, Juggleseeds, Evolve Dance Productions and more. Musical guests include the Shadyside Academy Hillman Center Jazz Ensemble and Kelsey Friday and the Rest of the Week. Guests will enjoy refreshments from local eateries such as Gluuteny, Allegro Hearth Bakery and Peace, Love and Little Donuts.
