"What DID John Calvin Teach?"
John Calvin lived from 1509-1564 during the time of the great Reformation of the church. Through meticulous searching of the scripture, he developed a biblical theology that won the hearts of protestant Christians and churches until the 1700's when error again began to eat away at the church. Many today vehemently oppose what John Calvin taught. Others will embrace bits and pieces of his biblical theology. Still others will lay hold of a major tenant of his teaching but blend it together with unbiblical, contemporary trends. This raises the question: "What DID John really teach." This should help set the record straight on what Calvinism is. Join us for an evening of learning.Â
