Parkway East Camera Maintenance Scheduled Thursday Morning

Maintenance work on a traffic monitoring camera on the eastbound (outbound) Parkway East in will occur on Thursday morning, Aug. 23, weather permitting. 

 A short-term lane restriction will occur on the eastbound exit (far right) lane to Route 30/Forest Hills (Exit 78A) from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Thursday, according to Jim Struzzi, press officer for PennDOT District 11. The ramp will remain open.

Motorists should use caution, slow down, and expect to encounter work crews when traveling through the area.
