Here's a super simple recipe that anyone can make on one of those crazy mid-week days.
I made these parmesan-garlic chicken tenders last week for my mom and my sister, and they were a hit! They're very flavorful and go great with some pasta topped with olive oil and garlic.

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder (I made it with 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons)
2 pounds of chicken tenders
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix cheese, dressing mix and garlic powder in a bowl.
3. Coat chicken with mixture and place in a shallow baking dish. If you'd like, sprinkle some extra leftover mixture over the chicken in the dish.
4. Pop in the oven and bake for 25 minutes (or until it looks done).
