• Kutztown University Announces Spring 2026 Dean's List; Dozens of Schuylkill County Students Honored (skooknews.com) — Frackville families may want to check this list: Kutztown University has named more than 60 Schuylkill County students to its Spring 2026 Dean’s List, recognizing GPAs of 3.60 or higher. The honor highlights strong academic achievement from communities across the county, including Frackville and neighboring towns.
   

• Police track down driver who allegedly side-swiped a school bus (republicanherald.com) — State police from the Frackville barracks tracked down a pickup driver accused of side-swiping a school bus on Nuremberg Road in East Union Township and then leaving the scene. No injuries were reported, but both vehicles had moderate damage, and a Ringtown man now faces at least one traffic citation for an unsafe lane change.
