• Kimmel appointed MMI Prep's next Head of School (standardspeaker.com) — MMI Preparatory School has chosen alumnus Chris Kimmel as its next Head of School, and he and his family will live on Ridge Street in Freeland starting in 2027. Kimmel, already deeply involved in Freeland civic groups and the YMCA, will begin working alongside current head Theresa Long in January to ensure a smooth transition for students, families, and staff.
