Job Fair Open House at Heart to Heart

Heart to Heart will host a job fair for individuals interested in working in its Montgomery County group homes serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The event will take place at one of the organization’s group homes at 1302 Cromwell Road, Glenside, PA 19038, on Wednesday, June 17 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

In a day and age where AI is taking the place of entry level workers, Heart to Heart is seeking compassionate and dependable staff members to provide support to residents in a home setting. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and hygiene, preparing meals, cooking, light housekeeping and helping residents with daily living activities.

The organization said the positions are ideal for empty nesters, retirees, career changers and others seeking flexible work schedules while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 signing bonus, and current employees who refer qualified candidates may receive a $250 referral bonus.
