• Green Hills keeps tradition alive as one of smallest boroughs in Pa. (observer-reporter.com) — Green Hills residents have a new mayor, longtime council member and club owner Jodi Chapman, who is taking over from retiring Mayor Terry George after decades of service. The story traces how the tiny 19-resident borough formed around Lone Pine Country Club, how it operates with minimal infrastructure, and how Chapman hopes to preserve its close-knit character while guiding future growth and shared projects with South Franklin Township.
