2 Haverford Roads Restricted This Week: PennDOT

Two roads will be restricted this week as crews work to resurface more than 200 miles of roads in the region, according to PennDOT.

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Two road in Haverford Township will have lane restrictions this week, according to PennDOT.

PennDOT said Darby and Lansdowne Avenue are being restricted this week due to resurfacing work.

Lane restrictions will be in place now through Thursday, Aug. 29.

Darby Road will be restricted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., this week between Route 3 (West Chester Pike) and Route 320 (Sproul Road).

Lansdowne Avenue will be restricted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., as well, between Garrett Road and Route 3 (West Chester Pike)

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur.
