YEADON, PA — An investigation is underway after a second person hanged themselves at a Delaware County Police Department, according to a new report.
The Delaware County Daily Times reports the Delaware County District Attorney's Office is looking into the Yeadon Police Department after two people in four months hanged themselves while in police custody at the police department.
An unidentified woman in custody following an assault report hanged herself using her sports bra from a doorknob Tuesday, the outlet reports.

Back in July, 22-year-old Shawn Morcho was found dead by hanging in a holding cell at the Yeadon Police Department after being taken into custody on drug possession, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The Delaware County Medical Examiner's Office ruled Morcho's death as suicide by hanging.
The Inquirer reports the DA's office found no foul play in Morcho's death.
But now the DA's office is probing the recent incident, the Daily Times reports.
Two officers involved are on desk duty until the investigation is completed, according to the outlet.
